  • 1 cup vermicelli noodles, cooked
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 package spring roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, vermicelli noodles, lettuce, carrots, and cilantro.
  2. Soak spring roll wrappers in warm water until pliable.
  3. Place a spoonful of the seafood mixture on a wrapper.
  4. Fold the sides and roll tightly to seal.
  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry spring rolls until golden brown on all sides.
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve with dipping sauce.
