Festive & Fun Shamrock Quesadillas – The Ultimate Shamrock Shaped Food for St. Patrick’s Day

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cooked chicken or beans (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil (for cooking)
  • Spinach for green filling
  • Sliced bell peppers
  • Cooked ground turkey
  • Avocado slices

Instructions

  1. Lay one tortilla flat. Sprinkle cheese evenly over half. Add optional fillings if desired. Fold into a half-moon shape.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add butter or oil. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted. Allow to cool slightly.
  3. Use a shamrock-shaped cookie cutter to press out shapes. If cutting by hand, carefully carve three connected circles at the top and a small stem at the bottom.
  4. Arrange on a platter and serve warm with salsa, guacamole, or yogurt dip.
