  • 8 oz Pasta (e.g., whole grain or chickpea) (Undercook slightly for al dente texture.)
  • 4 cloves Garlic (Minced; garlic powder can be used as a substitute.)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil (Can substitute with butter.)
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (Optional; adjust or omit for milder dish.)
  • 2 cups Broth (chicken or vegetable) (Enhances moisture.)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 cups Cheese (e.g., mozzarella or Parmesan) (Modify based on your preference.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot. Add pasta and cook until al dente (about 8 to 10 minutes). Drain and toss with olive oil.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until pink. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
  5. Combine cooked pasta with garlic shrimp mixture in a large bowl. Stir in broth and half the cheese.
  6. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
