  • 1 can tuna (56 oz), drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (avocado or light mayo works)
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 English cucumber, sliced into rounds
  • Sesame seeds
  • Extra green onions
  • Avocado slices

Instructions

  1. Drain tuna and flake with a fork in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, soy sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
  3. Stir in chopped green onions and adjust seasoning to taste.
  4. Cut cucumber into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
  5. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of tuna salad onto each cucumber slice.
  6. Top with sesame seeds or extra scallions. Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.
