Spinach Artichoke Pull Apart Bread is a warm, cheesy, shareable appetizer inspired by classic spinach artichoke dip. Golden on the outside and gooey on the inside, this pull-apart bread is perfect for holidays, parties, game nights, or any occasion that calls for comfort food made to share.

  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (regular or flaky)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted (for brushing)
  • Optional: red pepper flakes, chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan or round baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, spinach, artichokes, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, mozzarella, and Parmesan until smooth.
  3. Cut each biscuit into quarters and gently flatten each piece.
  4. Spoon a small amount of filling into each dough piece, fold, and pinch to seal.
  5. Arrange stuffed dough balls evenly in the prepared pan.
  6. Brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle extra Parmesan or red pepper flakes if desired.
  7. Bake for 30–40 minutes until golden and fully cooked through.
  8. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
