- 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1 (3 oz) box strawberry gelatin (Jello)
- 1 cup Golden Oreos, crushed (for topping)
- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted (for topping)
- 1 cup whipped topping or stabilized whipped cream (optional)
- Mix crushed Golden Oreos with melted butter. Press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan and freeze 15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and strawberry gelatin; mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and gently fold into cheesecake mixture.
- Spread filling evenly over chilled crust. Smooth the top.
- Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight until fully set.
