Irresistible Strawberry Shortcake Cheesecake Truffles: Your New Favorite Dessert

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix (15.25 oz), heat-treated
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 20 Golden Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 3 tbsp freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • White chocolate drizzle (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bake cake mix at 350°F for 5–7 minutes. Cool completely.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt. Mix in cooled cake mix.
  3. Refrigerate mixture for 30 minutes until firm.
  4. Scoop and roll mixture into bite-sized balls.
  5. Combine crushed Golden Oreos, freeze-dried strawberries, and melted butter.
  6. Roll each truffle in strawberry crunch mixture, pressing gently.
  7. Chill 15 minutes. Drizzle with white chocolate if desired.
