A light and fresh summer pasta dish featuring cavatelli, sweet corn, juicy tomatoes, and tender zucchini.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cavatelli pasta
  • 1 cup fresh corn kernels
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook cavatelli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add corn, tomatoes, and zucchini. Cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  4. Toss in cooked cavatelli and mix well.
  5. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
