Thanksgiving Punch is a vibrant and refreshing drink that captures the essence of the holiday season. Perfect for gatherings, this non-alcoholic beverage is enjoyed by guests of all ages.

  • 4 cups cranberry juice
  • 4 cups apple cider
  • 2 cups sparkling water or club soda
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • handful of pomegranate seeds (optional)
  • 23 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • handful of fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. In a large punch bowl, combine 4 cups of cranberry juice and 4 cups of apple cider. Stir them together gently to mix the flavors.
  2. Slowly pour in 2 cups of sparkling water or club soda. This will give your punch that refreshing effervescence. If you prefer a sweeter drink, use ginger ale instead.
  3. Slice one orange, one lemon, and one apple, and add the slices to the punch bowl. For an extra festive touch, toss in a handful of pomegranate seeds.
  4. Add 2-3 cinnamon sticks to the mix. If you’re using ground cinnamon, sprinkle in about half a teaspoon and stir well.
  5. Toss in a handful of fresh mint leaves for a refreshing aroma and taste. Gently muddle the mint leaves with a spoon to release their oils.
  6. Allow the punch to chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving. This helps all the flavors meld beautifully.
  7. When ready to serve, ladle the punch into glasses filled with ice, and garnish with additional fruit slices and mint leaves for that festive look.
