Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, chopped or shredded
  • 3 cups stuffing (leftover or pre-made)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup turkey or chicken gravy
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil drizzle
  • Optional for serving: extra gravy, cranberry sauce, fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped turkey, stuffing, eggs, and cheese if using. Mix gently.
  3. Stir in 1/4 cup gravy. If the mixture is dry, add 1–2 more tablespoons until it holds together.
  4. Form into 1.5–2 inch balls using a scoop or hands. Place on the baking sheet.
  5. Spray or brush the tops with oil. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden and heated through.
  6. Serve warm with gravy, cranberry sauce, or fresh herbs.

Notes

  • Cold leftovers bind better and hold shape.
  • Sharp cheddar or mozzarella adds extra flavor and richness.
  • Do not overmix; keep the mixture light for a tender bite.
  • Make ahead by shaping and refrigerating up to 24 hours before baking.
  • Freeze baked or unbaked stuffing balls for up to 2 months.
