  • 10 cups popped popcorn (about 1/2 cup unpopped kernels)
  • 12 oz (340g) white chocolate chips or melts
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries (or strawberry powder)
  • Valentine’s Day sprinkles (optional, for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Pop the popcorn using your preferred method. Set aside in a large bowl.
  2. Melt white chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth. Add vanilla extract if desired.
  3. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the popcorn and stir to coat evenly.
