2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
a pinch of salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup white chocolate chips
½ cup crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla extract.
Gradually add dry mixture to wet ingredients. Mix until just combined.
Fold in white chocolate chips and crushed peppermint candies.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space in between.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
