  • Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Chili powder (optional)
  • Garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Pat the boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs dry with paper towels.
