  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon Honey (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions (chopped for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Start by patting your salmon fillets dry with paper towels; season both sides liberally with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. In a large skillet, heat approximately 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
