Ingredients

  • Orzo pasta
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Cherry or grape tomatoes
  • Feta cheese, crumbled
  • Fresh basil or parsley
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Lemon juice or lemon zest (optional)
  • Kalamata olives
  • Sun-dried tomatoes
  • Spinach or arugula
  • Artichoke hearts

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook orzo according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse if serving chilled.
