- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 cup Feta Cheese
- 1/2 cup Sun-dried Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 large Egg
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, feta, sun-dried tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- In a small bowl, beat the egg until smooth and fold it into the chicken mixture.

- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, and sear the meatballs until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the browned meatballs to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
