A delicious Dutch cheesecake, perfect for coffee or as a dessert.

Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 500 g Dutch cheese (Gouda or Edam)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix flour, butter, and 1 egg into a dough and press it into a pie dish.
  3. Grate the cheese and spread it over the base.
  4. Beat cream, 3 eggs, sugar, and vanilla together and pour over the cheese.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
